Honest. And very helpful. Sometimes when your car needs work hidden issues pop up. At first you get mad and stew and think someone is out to get you. Chris and his team are excellent. And very patient. They took the time to actually go out of their way to help figure out my problem. They fixed it fast as possible at a very reasonable price Considering the issues. Chris and his team are top notch. I developed an engine issue while out on a long road trip with my young boys. J4 was recommended by some people in Helena, so I called them and asked Chris if they could sneak the truck in and get me back on the road.
